Calder Earrings
The work of Alexander Calder was one of the things that first inspired me to become a jewelry designer, so it is high time I named a design after him. And although these do require soldering, which his work never did, I still hope the simplicity of the form, and the scale of the design would have appealed to him.
Geometric and feminine statement earrings with a unique handmade ear wire which allows the hammered metal piece to swing inside the tube, creating lots of great movement. These earrings are unique and eye catching as well as light and comfortable enough to wear all day.
Approximately 2.5" long including ear wires. Available in all sterling silver, all 14k gold fill, or mixed metal (as shown). Silver can be oxidized or not (both shown).
All Rebecca Haas Jewelry is handcrafted by me in my Southern Vermont Studio from recycled and ethically sourced materials.
