We want you to love your handcrafted Rebecca Haas jewelry; if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn items within 14 days of delivery. Please note that custom orders and final sale items are non-refundable to maintain the integrity of our artisanal process.
Initiate Your Request
Email our studio support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully place the jewelry in its original designer packaging and secure it inside a padded mailer to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix your prepaid shipping label or use a trackable shipping service to send the package back to our studio address provided in the authorization email.
Receive Your Refund
Once our jewelers inspect the item for quality, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
